Stephan, the article points out exactly what you said in your video about the yolk being the important part of the egg. They state that the spike protein antibodies are in the yolk, not the white. Reinforcing your statements exactly
Hi David, that article is in my opinion is one of the hundreds of propaganda pieces coming from China to create the illusion that there is something new called COVID-19. Also,It focuses specifically on extracted IgY antibodies from egg yolk as a medical tool—not as a general food.
Good stuff! When I was feeling best in life, my diet did include at least 6 eggs a day (over easy, scrambled, trying a new African dish, a few raw ones thrown into my protein shake, etc).
I've never bought into the fat/cholesterol is bad propaganda and had to ignore the weird looks I'd get shoveling down what was viewed as by others as insanely unhealthy... but mentally, physically, and blood test results had never been better. Thanks for the reminder to get more in my diet again.
If you write about eggs in your book, I recommend a list of all the different ways eggs are prepared around the world, including some tempting omelette recipes which are my favorite. While eggs are good for you, I know many people who do not routinely eat them because they get bored or literally sick of them. I find that changing how they are prepared helps keep me eating them.
Stephan -- I started eating eggs because the egg proteins are a block to the spike protein. You might want to add this to your information store!
Yes I have heard of this too!
Hi David, that would be awesome news, could you please share the links where you saw this information?

How are they cooking their eggs? Will it work if you eat scrambled eggs from Waffle House?
Yes
