Are you saying that you are still using the mechanism of changing the mag fields that Tony's flasher was using, just in a more "elegant" and durable way?
I removed the flasher in the pathway for a few reasons:
The more parts, the more potential issues.
The flasher gives the Triangle one cycle per second; with my setup, I now get between 18-19 cycles per second (it makes it a lot more efficient per unit of time).
The flasher is a bit noisy; my Triangle setup is now completely silent.
It is indeed more elegant looking.
With my setup now, if someone were to blow up the power supply (for example, by omitting to use the auto-shutoff timer I include with each Triangle I ship) and leave it on for many days on end, then all one would have to do is replace the power supply and plug it into the Triangle connector without having to do anything else. (So even a blind 90-year-old could do it on their own.)
You can reach out directly to me if you have any more questions. Cheers
Stephan, yours is indeed an elegant solution! Is there any way you’d be willing to sell me your power supply/flasher substitute setup for my FM8 triangle? 🙏🏻
His triangle is a thing of beauty, and yours, with the higher cycles per second would make it even more so!
I also like the idea of a more portable travel triangle. Please remind me of the cost for that?
Hi Lee, I have done it in a bath and I have done it in a bucket. A few times each. Personally, I don't find a difference, and it's a lot more involving than just lying down on my bed, reading a book. But I know from the feedback I get that some people feel that it is more benefitting for them to do it wet. Everyone's different. It's case by case. We should try everything and start gradually to see how it feels.
